Our company, Yuyue knitting, was established in Dongguan, Guangdong province in 2003. In response to the Shaodong County Government's investment policy, we settled in Shaodong County Leather Industry and Trade Park in 2013. And we have moved into the Huameijia Industrial Park since 2015. With a team of high-quality, young, and highly innovative professionals, it becomes a large-scale manufacturing and sales enterprise integrating product research and development, design, proofing, plate making, production and sales. We specailized in cotton gauze clothing for infants and children. After 16 years of efforts by Yuyue, there are now 4 branch factories, including more than 200 people and more than 100 units flat knitting machine of 5 needles, 7 needles, 9 needles, 12 needles, 14 needles. It has been fully equipped front and rear and strong strength since 2016,after replacing with 80 sets of advanced CNC full-computer machinery and equipment, and a series of finishing facilities such as sewing plate, washing water and ironing. "Yuyue knitting" operates "Yuyue", "Papa bear", "Liuji baokang", "Parent-child family", "McCard house" and other famous brands. We stick to the strategy of creating a well-known brand and grasping market pulse by advanced consciousness ever since we start the business. With professional spirit, excellent quality, fine workmanship, personalized design, and the mature business philosophy and marketing model of "Yu yue", we always meet the needs of market in the terms of professionalism and taste. Our company has passed ISO 9001:2015 quality management system certification, BS OHSAS 18001:2007 environmental management system certification and ISO 14001:2015 environmental management system certification in 2017. In December 2018, it was rated as a high-tech enterprise. In 2017-2019, a total of nearly 100 appearance patents, more than 10 utility model patents and 2 invention patents were applied. A large amount of research and development funds was invested,which led the factory to fully realize intelligent production. What’s more, we invited professors of textiles at Hunan University to give a tailor-made lecture for our company. On this basis, our company successfully developed high-end products such as “multi-functional blind navigation clothing”, “smart infant crawling pants” and “positioning-based technology for children's suits”series.
