Qiuxian Shenlong printing and dyeing Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise with the right of import and export. At present, there are 12 printing and dyeing engineers, 28 technical backbones and 280 front-line workers. Our company has physical testing laboratory and chemical testing laboratory. The indoor equipment has complete functions and high accuracy, which provides convenience for product testing. It has a self operated sewage treatment plant with a daily treatment capacity of 2500 tons, and passed the second batch of printing and dyeing enterprises approved by the Ministry of industry and information technology in 2014. Our company has two branches, one trading company. The dyeing and finishing branch plant was put into operation in August 1991. There are now 14 cashmere cutting machines, two decoiling and bleaching cars, two continuous pad dyeing long cars, one cold dyeing line, one high temperature setting machine, two hot air setting machines, two finishing and packaging lines, with an annual production capacity of 70 million meters. Main products: corduroy, cotton, flannel, double gauze, t / C cloth, etc.
The printing branch was installed in March 2015 and officially put into operation in May. At present, there are three high temperature setting machines, one high temperature baking machine, one 200 type flat car washing machine, one 180 type and one 200 type rotary screen printing machine, one 150 ton 200 type calender, two finishing and packaging lines, with an annual productivity of 30 million meters. Main products: cotton, t / C cloth, flannel, double gauze and other products. In particular, since July 2015, the academic standard orders for customers' production, civil orders fully comply with GB / t2279-2009 and gb18401-2010 national basic safety technical specifications for textile products. As of October 2016, the company has accumulated 9 million meters of production and academic standards and civil orders, which has won praise from customers.
The trading company was established in December 2016 mainly in clothing and fabric.
