Established in 2010, Ningbo Hyseas Textile Technology Co., Ltd. covers an area of ​​28,000 square meters and the plant area is up to 35,000 square meters. The factory is located in No.181 Longzhen road ,Longshan industrial area ,Cixi city ,Zhejiang! Our company has a registered capital of 10 million RMB and a total investment of 80 million RMB. It is an industrial trading enterprise which is specialized in knitting textile fabrics, producing home textiles and managing foreign trade. We have 200 employees and our main products are polyester blankets, cushions, bedding sets and comforter, and other products are also included. Most of the products are exported to Europe and the United States and our annual sales have already reached over 20 million US dollars! To satisfy the demands of European and American markets, our company has attained Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, and has passed Walmart audit, Disney audit, BSIC audit and Sedex audit.


To cater to the market, our company keeps improving the equipment effectiveness and efficiency. Our workshop is equipped with automatic cutting machines, auto-putting machines, over 100 high speed sewing machines, filling machines. What’s more, we feel proud to introduce our automatic blanket production line. Our company went to Italy machine factory, and develop this production line with them, then invented world’s first automated machine specially designed for flexible fabrics. From cutting, sewing, clean to the final cutting line, this automatic machine helps us produce 6,000 pieces of blankets per day. It is a real automatic workshop with unmanned system!

With the development of technology, 3D digital printing technology is becoming more and more advanced. In 2015, our company import 28 digital printing machines. For the sake of the environmental protection, digital printing machines has replaced some traditional ones. which helps open up new markets for our company. Meanwhile, our company is equipped with laser scanning cutting machines, which greatly shortens the operational time ,directly improving the efficiency.

In 2018, to increase our marketing competence, four quilting machines were introduced to produce comforter and quilt. This decision helps enrich our production lines, expand the market, and provide a solid foundation for the future development of our company.
