Haicheng Huaqiang Garment Accessories has been fully committed to interlining manufacturing and solution for garment industry since 1996 under the brand name "CPL". It is located in the center of Liaoning Province, which is with very convenient traffic. It is near from Dalian Sea Port and Shenyang Taoxian International Airport.
With 24 years' experience in this field, Huaqiang occupies an area of 120,000 square meters and more than 600 employees work for it. And it has developed two subsidiary companies; one is in CPL interlining Co. located in Jiashan Zhejiang and Huajin Industrial Co. located in Haicheng Liaoning. Now Huaqiang has owned complete interlining collections and vertical production organizations from its own spinning, weaving, dyeing, finishing and coating. The intellectual manufacturing facilities are outfitted with 4 sets of rotor spinner lines, 68 sets of Karl Mayer looms from Germany, 10 sets of brushing machines from Italy and France, 12 sets of finishing machines from Korea, 4 sets of powder-dot coating lines, 6 sets of double-dot coating lines from Germany and a full set of advanced pre- treatment equipment. Plus its strong R&D and technical support team, all products from CPL are Oeko-Tex certified.
