In the year of 2010, Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group Ltd. merged with Jiangsu Sainty International Group which had incorporated Jmet Corp. In November 2004. Since then, Jmet Corp. has become a member company of Jiangsu Guoxin Investment Group Ltd.
