GUANGZHOU SEAGULL KITCHEN AND BATH PRODUCTS CO.,LTD

Seagull was founded in 1958 as a flashlight factory named “Shiqiao Hardware Machinery Factory”, and merged with China Source Investment Limited in Y1998 to become Panyu Seagull Kitchen and Bathroom products Co. Ltd. In August 2003, the company was restructured and renamed as Guangzhou Seagull Kitchen and Bath Products Co.,LTD. In Y2006, Seagull went public in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange with stock code: 002084.

In an era of emerging global high-end market and hospitality projects, Seagull and Bravat became strategic partners in 2011, combining the top European design with first class manufacturing processes and marketing strengths from Germany and Asia, and have successfully developed products with international development and environmental protection concept.

Bravat originates from Dietsche Group, inheriting the century-old German craftsmanship culture with a long history.

In 1873, Roman Dietsche founded the Dietsche Company on the bank of the Black Forest in Baden-Württemberg, Germany. At that time, it was just a family-owned factory producing brushes. It initiated a material revolution in the 1850s, and in the 1870s it launched its best-selling collection of colorful bathroom sets in Europe, which established Dietsche's position in the global sanitary ware industry.

Today, Dietsche is a multinational company with a global presence and three bathroom sub-brands. Among them, Bravat, as a premium sub-brand of Dietsche with superior resources and optimal configuration, has taken up the mission of carrying forward the family's innovative spirit and has completed the perfect transformation of brand evolution in the new market environment.
