SANITARY NAPKINS/BREAST PADS
The production base of sanitary products covers an area around 12,000 square meters. We set up modern workshops and R&D test labs, we got certificates of ISO9001, ISO14001, FDA and we passed the GMP and Social Audit. We have a full product range of teen liners, adult liners, day time use pads, night time use pads and breast pads. The annual production capacity reaches 800 million pieces.

All workers and visitors must obey the hygienic management rules when entering into workshops. Workers should change shoes, wear work clothes, wash hands with sanitizer, dry hands and then sterilize with alcohol. Before entering into workshops, everyone must go through the air shower and turn around inside.

During production, QC staffs will inspect on-line products randomly checking on quality according to specifications and recording production conditions. With automatic packing machines, on-line packing and jetting have been fulfilled. In addition, we are equipped with semi-automatic packing machines and manual packing workshop in order to meet different packing demands of our customers.

At B.I.，we have strict quality control system. In our modern R&D laboratory，there are various advanced test equipments, such as strength test machine, whiteness test machine, PH and fluorescence detectors, softness test machine and so on. Our QC staffs do the test from raw materials to finished goods to ensure all products are within the standards. We do absorption, rewetness, striking-through speed and other tests required by customers. Also, we are proud that we have our own microbiology lab to do microbiological test. Products improvement and innovation is also our lab’s daily work.

DIAPERS
In diapers production sites, there are 27 production lines, 20 of which are imported from Zuiko-Japan. We focus on baby care products and adult care products, including baby open diapers, baby pull-up diapers, adult open diapers, and adult pull-up diapers, menstruation pants and disposable underpads.

The modern closed sterile is coupled with 100‘000 air purification system as well as the most advanced automatic production lines. Our machines，equipped with advanced intelligent operating system and the most professional visual inspection system, can automatically pick out unqualified products in the production process, ensuring the high quality of products. Online automatic packaging and jetting are available for all products.

To ensure the high quality of products, the well-equipped quality inspection center is needed. We carry out strict tests on the indexes of absorption, rewetness, side leakage, elastic tightness and so on of each batch of products. Our quality control team receives regular training to guarantee that all products are up to standard before leaving the factory. We communicate with each customer and check the quality indexes of the products, making different technical datas for different orders according to customer’s requirements and local market requirements.

WET WIPES

The sterile wet wipes workshop is coupled with 100‘000 air purification system, covering an area of 1500 square meters. We have 3 fully-automated production lines, 2 semi-automated production lines, 2 automatically capping production lines and 1 mini pack production line. We obtain certificates from ISO and FDA. For every batch of wipes, we make microbiological test to confirm the products meet the standard and safety level.

Our wet wipes can be classified as baby wet wipes, make-up wet wipes, disinfection wipes, multi-functional wet wipes and more wiping products alike. Our wet wipes markets cover more than 20 countries in the USA, EU, Australia, Japan and the Middle East. Our disinfection wipes have gained a certain popularity at home and abroad, especially for the packing methods of 10 pcs, 15 pcs, 40 pcs and 50 pcs.

We provide variety of packaging methods, we can produce 10 pcs to 120 pcs per pack according the customers requirement. Customers can choose resealable pack with or without plastic lid, canister, etc. We can offer our formulation to customers or follow customers’ formulation.

COTTON BUDS&COTTON PADS

With 30 cotton buds machines and 10 cotton pads machines, we can produce cotton buds with plastic stick, paper stick, wood stick and bamboo stick. We offer packaging methods like ziplock bags, round PP boxes, square boxes, heart-shaped boxes, etc.

For the cotton pads, we can provide round and square cotton pads in different embossing for customers’ choice.

In terms of quality control, B.I. has a complete quality control and traceability system. From raw materials supply to the finished products delivery, all steps are targeted for quality control to make sure the safety and stability of product quality is beyond our standard. B.I. has produced biodegradable sanitary napkins, panty liners, diapers, underpads, baby bibs, breast pads and so on. The biodegradable pull-ups have a degradation rate of more than 40% and have been exported to overseas customers continuously and stably. The first-generation degradable underpads, sanitary napkins, baby bibs and other products can even be degraded over 80%. Certainly，the degradation rate will have a further improvement after we updates the products.

Meanwhile，innovation of eco-friendly packaging is ongoing. In addition to the normal full-degradation packaging bag, B.I. realizes the full-degradation zipper bags and aluminized-film compound bags to provide customers with more choices of eco-friendly packaging. PERFUME AND BEAUTY PACKAGING PRODUCTS
B.I. has a large-scale perfume and beauty packaging manufacturing bases with advanced equipment, including a glass manufacturing base, three plastic product manufacturing bases, an aluminum product manufacturing base and an alloy product manufacturing base. Meanwhile, we are also equipped with frosting, coating, printing, polishing, galvanization, water plating and other decoration processing workshops.

B.I.’s glass production base covers an area of 25,000 square meters. The furnace newly put into production in 2020 can produce 85 tons per day. Currently, it has 6 automatic production lines and 1 semi-automatic production line. The annual output is 200 million pieces.
