China Xinshidai Company was founded in 1980 as an independent legal entity with the approval of the State Council of the People's Republic of China and the Central Military Commission. As a core subsidiary of China New Era Group Corporation, it is a large-scale comprehensive company in import-export trade.
China Xinshidai Company primarily deals in import and export of specialized products produced by China's defense industries and general civilian products, such as mechanicals and electronics, light industries and handicrafts, minerals and chemicals, textiles and garments, medicines and health-care products, foodstuffs and livestock etc..
