Zhongshan Titan Arts & Crafts Co., Ltd was established in 2004 in the town of Sanjiao located in the Zhongshan County. We have great geographical location as we are located within hours of international business hubs such as Shenzhen, Guangzhou, and Hong Kong. Our general manager Hui "Jimmy" Li, has been a veteran in international business for over 20 years and is very knowledgeable of international markets. We specialize in the production of Ultrasonic Humidifiers, Aroma Diffusers, and Mist Fans. New designs are constantly in development. Not only do we have strong design in our product, 90% of our exports are for countries with high consumer standards such as the United States, France, and Japan. And we have obtained many certificates such as the CE, ROHS,and the ETL. Our international sales department and e-commerce team are each composed of over 10 well trained members. Our team is dedicated to provide prompt and quality service for B2B and B2C customers. Our infrastructure utilizes GTT Software Management Systems to be Top 7 in GTT management ranking as well as passing the Carrefour standard . We have a strong supplier network as well as six production lines to support our clients' demand for quality products. The defect rate of our main products is below 0.5%. We take responsibility and pride in the quality our goods and the satisfaction of our services. Our sales have been growing every year and peaked in 2013 at 5 million USD.
