Industry background and Marketing position:
Bestway is an inflatable outdoor leisure segments industry, the largest category within outdoor leisure products which is valued at an estimated 200 billion dollars. Bestway’s successful research and development of new materials in the past five years has led to vast improvements surrounding inflatable goods related technologies, and the innovations here at Bestway have turned many previously unattainable outdoor leisure products into reality. Bestway controls an estimated 35% of the global market share of outdoor leisure categories.

Research and Development:
Our internationally located teams strive to ensure that Bestway leads the market on a global scale. Bestway’s R&D institutions have been established in three regions - Shanghai, Europe and the United States, employing over 300 dedicated professionals, encompassing 23 project engineering teams, Quality Assurance, Product Compliance, Intellectual Property Management, a team of qualified lab technicians, and sample making workshop. All of whom focus on the research and development of Bestway’s manufactured materials, electrical and injection technologies, and various inflatable outdoor leisure products. Currently, R&D institutions hold 226 patents which are registered in the United States, Europe and China, and also 164 patents pending. We also have 336 authorized trademarks, including Bestway brand and more than 30 sub-brands which are registered in more than 70 countries around the world.

Products:
Bestway’s four leading product categories consist of Above Ground Pools and Portable Spas, Recreational Products, Sporting Goods, and Camping Gear. Bestway produces 18 product lines, with a total of roughly 1,000 individual products. Our teams develop an average of 200 new design concepts annually, refreshing 20% of the previous year’s designs.

Brand:
Bestway is the parent company and key brand with multiple sub-brands throughout our 18 product categories. Currently key brand occupied over 80 % of turnover, and less rest of 20% are collaboration brands and strategic brands (due to the high market share in some special areas).

Global sales network:
Bestway owns subsidiaries in 11 nations around six continents and employs about 350 overseas professionals, which including Bestway US (1998), Bestway Europe and Hong Kong (1999), Bestway Latin America (2002), Bestway Australia (2006), Bestway Brazil (2008), Bestway France (2010), Bestway Russia (2011), Bestway Germany (2011), Bestway Middle East and Eastern Europe (2018). We have four major sales regions include: Europe, North America, Asia Pacific (including: Australia, China, Southeast Asia), and Others (including: Latin America, the Middle East, Africa, etc.). Bestway brand promotional sales institutions present in over 80 countries. Through this network Bestway sells brand products to more than 1,300 traditional clients, spanning across 120 countries worldwide, while the global layout of e-commerce is gradually being established.

Manufacturing facilities:
Bestway holds 5 wholly-owned manufacturing facilities, four of which are in the greater Shanghai area, and the other one is in Vietnam's Qianjiang province, span 1.6 square kilometers, housing 1.33 million square meters of structures. Here, we manufacture materials, electrical and injection technology, four leading categories of outdoor leisure products and logistics center.
