Yongkang Valid Technology Corporation Limited., one of the earliest garden tool manufacturers which specialized in manufacturing and selling of gasoline garden machines, is located in Yongkang city—the famous "Hardware Hometown" in china, having over 200 workers and fixed assets of RMB 92,000,000.
Valid was founded in 1998, specialized in manufacturing motorcycle accessories and two stroke gasoline engine in the earliest. Since 2005, Valid to introduction and researching of gasoline garden machines, now Valid has developed a series of products, such as Gasoline Chainsaw, Gasoline Grass Trimmer, Brush Cutter and Hedge Trimmer, and obtained Professional Certifications such as CE, GS, EMC, EUⅠand EUⅡetc, and also have past ISO9001:2000 approval.

Valid now has invested about RMB50, 000,000 to build new work shop in "Yongkang Econmic Development Area". The new factory covers an area of 35,000 square meters and is planned to be completed and put into production in Mar, 2009 will have a production capacity of 600,000 sets per year.
