The company was established by the CHINLIN Transmission Inventor, Mr. Wang Changlin in 1973. It is the leading professional spade manufacturer in China, consisting of manufacturing, research, development and sales. It has strong manufacturing technology and experience, excellent equipment, and has built a long time strategic collaboration relationship with scientific research institutions of China to continually enhance its own technology and research and development ability. Its products won the gold award of High Quality Products of the Ministry of Light Industry of China, the award of Excellent Innovative Products of the Ministry of Light Industry of China, the First Prize of the national product quality competition, and its sales ranked the first place in the same industry in the country.

In 2007, the productions with proprietary technology of the CHINLIN Transmission were successfully placed into production.
