When it dates back to early 1980s.SCTOOLS was one of the largest state-owned exporting trading company only. Supplying cutting tools to East Europe and South Asia market. It was one of very few companies in china to do so at that time.

The past four decades have seen significant changes of SCTOOLS.
In 1998, SCTOOLS acquired ‘Sichuan West tools manufacturing’. it is the first time SCTOOLS got involved into the manufacturing of cutting tools. In 2012. SCTOOLS established the joint venture with ‘Terma measuring tools factory’. Starting to Supply customers industrial grade precision measuring tools at most competitive cost in the world market.

In 2016 and 2019. Two plastic moulding and packing factories ----Hangzhou Minzhu tools factory and Zhenjiang Chuanfeng tool works were invested and put into operation respectively.

Besides that, Today. At SCTOOLS, we have fulfillment and sales-service facilities strategically located in Milano (for Europe) and Los angles (for pan -American). And two warehouses in shanghai and Chengdu for overseas and domestic market respectively. Also, an international IAF approved testing/performance lab located in Chengdu China.
