Shanghai Everise Tools Industrial Co Ltd was founded in 1998. Everise 's located in Songjiang area of Shanghai city, which is close to the junction of southwest highways and adjacent to Hongqiao Airport. Everise is specialized in manufacturing and exporting hardware and tools. The Built-up area is 55000sqm, which includes a production area nearly 30,000sqm. Besides, Everise has more than 300 employees .
The business department provides all oversea customers with full-line service in time. Our products range cover hand tools, power tools, combination tool set and hardware accessories. The annual sales are 10 million US dollars. Everise focuses on the design and production of plastic box for tools. Everise has an excellent designer team, among which more than 30 engineers are devoting their efforts to industrial graphic design, construction design and mould design for the purpose of meeting requirements of the market. We design seven to ten new products every month and 100 new products every year. More than 400 products obtained design patents in China. We attend professional tools exhibition of large scale overall the word every year in order that we can show all of our new products. Most of our customers are professional buyers or big tools chain store and super market,like Mal-mart, B&Q, OBI, BJ'S etc . The company turnover is increasing at an annual growth rate of 30%. And Everise was approved by ISO9001:2000 quality
management system.
Further more, we have experienced Employees and advanced mould production equipment. We have more than 50 sets of plastic injection and blowing machines.Our QC department has many test equipment including hardness test, hi-pot test, torision test, cutting test, other security and function test etc. The critical inspection system and serious working attitude assure that the rate of approval test achieves 100%
