OKE Precision Cutting Tools Co.,Ltd. was established on January 23rd, 1996 with the registered capital of 75 million ,which is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research, development, production and sales of CNC tools and cemented carbide products.

As of the end of 2019, OKE has more than 600 employees , including more than 80 R&D technicians , formed by the chief technical experts, R&D engineers, new product technologists ,experts and advisers. At the same time, OKE has conducted in-depth industry-university-research cooperation with many famous universities in China including Central South University and Sichuan University etc., which had achieved more than 10 research achievements in high precision inserts tools substrate material ,coating technique ,forming technique and other aspects .As of December 31st, 2019, OKE had 74 authorized domestic patents, including 9 invention patents, 42 utility model patents and 23 design patents.
