Ningbo Changqi Fluorine Plastic Products Co., Ltd is founded in the year of 1993. With 450 employees and 12,000 square meters factory, our company's annual sales is more than 100 million rmb. Our main products are PTFE thread sealing tape, expanded PTFE sealing cord, super sealing string, plastic pallet, plastic trash can and other big injection parts.
We have non-contact tape thickness auto testing machine during the PTFE thread sealing tape's rolling process. Besides that, we also have material mixing machines, continous automatically stretches unload material machines, and additive recycling equipements. All these equipments and techniques are listed in the first level in China. We keep our annual sales growth of 30% more than one decade. In the industry of PTFE thread sealing tape, we have top technologies and is the biggest in the whole world.
We are nominated as one of the Enterprises with best growing Potential by FSCPA(Fluoroplastics Processing Subcommittee China Plastics Processing Industry Associationl). Our company are also awarded as Double excellent(excellent profit and GDP per person) enterprise with foreign investment in China.
We are listed in the national high-tech exporting product research projects. Meanwhile, we are also high technology enterprises in Ningbo, AAA level(highest level for the small and medium enterprises) bank credit enterprise, and good sample enterprise in foreign exchange management in Zhejiang Province. Our company is the the first draft company of the national PTFE thread sealing tape industry standard.
The PTFE two-way drawing porous membrane project is included in the national science and techonology(high-tech) department 863 plan, and it is awarded of 2.5 million RMB by national government.
We have obtained UL, CSA and Japanese JIS certifications(the only company in same industry in China). We carry out our QC in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2000 -certified guidelines. Our production processes conform to Germany's DVGW standard, British WRAS standard and USA Army standard
In the year of 2003, we purchased another 35000 sqaure maters and invested 40 millior RMB for our new company named Ningbo Changqi Plastic Co., Ltd, which is on its growth of the big injetion plastic parts.
