Jiangsu Sainty International Group Jiangdu Tools Co.,Ltd, is located at NO.399,South HuanghaiRoad,JiangduDistrict,Yangzhou City. The factory site covers an area of 100000 sq.m, with building area of about 86500 sq.m, Currently the factory has 560 employees ,produces wrenches and professional tools in total 26 million pieces annually. This has resulted in Jiangdu Tools becoming China’s leading wrench manufacturer and drafter of industrial standards. In 2008, the factory was invited to participate in designing the GB industry standards. In 2016, it was further designated to make the ISO international standard of ratchet wrenches.
The factory was founded in 1974. The main products are Combination Wrenches, Ratchet Wrenches, Double Open End Wrenches, Double Box End Wrenches and special wrenches ranging in size from 6-50mm and 1/4-2inch. The tools are made of NO.40 chrome vanadium or No.45 carbon steel with all production complying to DIN and ANSI standards.

With unremitting efforts for more than 40 years, the factory has maintained a solid international reputation in the wrench-manufacturing field. In 2013 the factory was relocated to South Huanghai Road with total investment of 48 million US dollars. The new annual turnover has reached 39 million US dollars. The production capacity and quality has made Jiangdu Tools a leader in both domestic and international markets.

The company has a comprehensive vertical integration wrenches production line. Includes tooling, forging lines, machining, heat treatment lines, polishing, plating lines, plastic injection and packaging lines.

It has 26 forging lines from 160T-1000T. It also has a research and development centre with the ability to design products and packaging according to customers' needs. From 2010, by installing more than 20 new imported CNC machines the factory has strengthened its ability of research and development of ratchet wrench manufacturing. These state of the art machines improved the production efficiency and ensured the highest standard of production precision. They brought production capacity up to 100 thousand pieces per day to meet the customer's requirement for production capacity and quality. The factory affords great importance to environmental protection and complies with the national environmental protection standard enterprise.
Quality is the key to Jiangdu Tools’s success. After more than 40 years of efforts by all management and front-line staff, the company has become an ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, BSCI, TUV/GS certified manufacturer.

From management to front-line staff, everyone gives top priority to the quality of its products. From raw materials to finished products, every process is tested, strictly controlled by quality inspectors and quality is assured by professional testing machines. All the wrenches are made according to ISO, DIN and/or ANSI standards to make sure that each tool manufactured demonstrates the “JD Tools” quality.

Internal testing centre do product performance testing strictly to guarantee the quality, quality meet and exceed the GB and international standards by up to 1.3-1.5 times to get trust from all the customers.

After more than 40 years of production, company gained customers across the globe. More than 90% of the products are exported to large retail enterprises in the United States and Europe, such as The Home Depot, Lowes and Beta Tools
