Guangdong Mingmen Locks Industry Co., Ltd.(short for MINGMEN), Germany Red dot award winner, is one of biggest lockset manufacturers in China. Since 1998, MINGMEN has been dedicating to manufacturing mechanical door lock, electronic door lock and door hardware. We specialize in producing mute door lock which is 50% noise less than ordinary lock. MINGMEN is committed to creating a high-quality and quiet life for every family all over the world. To monitor the noise performance of our mute door lock, MINGMEN even invested over USD150,000 to build a noise test lab together with the famous lab CEPREI.

MINGMEN is an ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified factory with more than 250 patents granted. Our manufacturing facility covers an area of 40,000 square meters and has about 1000 employees. MINGMEN believes that the perfect product is not only the superb craftsmanship, but also the result of having insight to the need of the user. To ensure our products exceed customer’s expectation, many high-tech equipment are widely used in our production. For example, 1000T forging press, automatic pouring system, ABB polishing robots, robot arm, CNC center and so on.

Meanwhile, MINGMEN carries out strict quality control measures during production. For example, to prevent door lock from being damaged by static electricity, all of our electronic door lock are produced in an anti-static workshop where all workers must wear anti-static clothes, hats and bracelets. There all PCBA must perform the 24-hour aging test in the aging room equipped with a temperature controlled system. And, MINGMEN has a test center with an ability to perform 122 tests. It has more than 40pcs test machines including durability tester, salt spray tester and others that comply with EU standards.

Thanks to 20-year's effort, MINGMEN has become one of the most famous lockset brand and has about 700 shops and 1000 distributors.
