BRIEF INTRODUCTION
Tieling Special Valve Corporation is an independent joint-stock system enterprise, which is reformed from the original Tieling Valve Works in 1997.
After reforming, Tieling Special Valve Corporation carries forward the good quality from the sedimentary accretion of the original Tieling Valve Works over 80 years. TLSV has the tremendous techniques, processing and manufacturing. It has developed into a modern intensive business entity.
Entering the new century, TLSV invests much technology research and development. TLSV's 3%-5% of annual sales revenue invests in technology innovation and new products. TLSV collaborates with many colleges and universities, such as Tsinghua University and Northeastern University. They have a thorough research and exploration in cutting-edge technology of high and low pressure valve field. They have developed 10 major series of domestic leading new products, surmounted 21 valve technique difficulties, and got more than 30 national patents, including 4 invention patents. Some products such as bellows type metal sealing butterfly valve, zero friction metal sealing butterfly valve, hydraulic butterfly valve of counterweight type, hydraulic butterfly valve of accumulator type, large size spherical valve for hydropower plant, double sealing butterfly valve, fully rubber lined butterfly valve, large deflection expansion joint, etc. pass the provincial science and technology achievement appraisal, and they are named as the famous brand of Liaoning province and are listed in the national Torch Program. The collaborative research with Northeastern University, the four-meter-diameter ductile iron valve, becomes the biggest of China of large size ductile iron valve applied in water diversion industry.
Since 2005, TLSV have invested 130 million and finished the transformation project about patent technology industrialization. This technology transformation project centres on patent technology industrialization. At the same time, this project carries out full transformation on research and development center, plant and equipment capacity, level of processing and assembling, level of surface treatment, etc. After the transformation, the corporation has a qualitative leap in management system, control in production link, quality assurance system and external image.
At present, TLSV covers an area of 82,000㎡, among which 55,000㎡is building area and it has 390 employees including 63 personnel with medium and senior professional titles. It owns the only provincial enterprise engineering technology and development center in valve industry of Liaoning Province. It has got the approval of Ministry of Industry and Information and got access to the foundry industry. Foundry equipment of TLSV includes 2sets of five-ton electric furnace, 1set of seven-ton cupola and full set lost mould production line with an output of 15,000 tons of castings per year, which makes one piece of casting weighted thirty-ton available. It has plasma cutting machine, bending rolls and welding production line including all kinds of welding machine, and NTD equipment with annual production of 1.2 ton of welded pieces. The machining equipment of TLSV includes eight-meter CNC VTL OPERATOR and over 200 sets of equipments including TX6216 boring machine, which can machine six-meter diameter valves.
Since 2008, TLSV has been named the national high-tech enterprise and the key high-tech enterprise of national Torch Plan for 9 consecutive years. It becomes the real vanguard in national valve industry. The annual output value of TLSV is near 200 million RMB with exports more than 10 million U.S. dollars. It enters top 100 tax-pay enterprises in Tieling for 12 consecutive years.
With the continuous development and growth, the reputation of TLSV has raised a lot and the brand of TLSV has got more and more recognition at home and abroad. At the same time, it has received extensive attention and support from all sectors of the community.
Our products have been widely applied in many large national key water diversion project, such as South-to-North Water Diversion Project, Shanghai Qingcaosha Water Diversion Project, Shanxi Wanjiazhai Yellow River Diversion Project, Liaoning Dahuofang Water Diversion Project, Northwest of Liaoning Province Water Supply Project, Upstream of Shanghai Huangpu River Water Source Project, etc.. Thermal power plants and large, medium-sized and small hydropower projects of these companies--Five Major Electric Power Groups in China, Shenhua Group, Zheneng Group, Yudian Group and Shenneng Group, etc.--all use the products of TLSV. Our products have spread over 30 provinces in China.
In international market, major companies in China, such as China Gezhouba Corporation, China Machinery and Equipment Engineering Corporation, Harbin Electric Corporation, Dongfang Electric Corporation, China National Electric Engineering Corporation, etc., purchase the products of TLSV and put them in foreign thermal power plants and hydropower projects.
