Group History introduction:
Our company was established in 1990, named Changli feed Machinery parts factory, main business scope:feed grinder and accessories. In 2001,company renamed as Liyuan Feed Machinery Co., Ltd., main business is fish meal processing equipment and slaughter waste handling equipment.In Sep, 2009, company renamed as Hebei Chengzhu Machinery Manufacture Co., Ltd. Specialized for livestock and poultry harmless treatment processing, manufactured dead animal harmless treatment equipment and slaughter waste harmless treatment equipment.In 2015, we founded Hebei Chengzhu Environmental Engineering Co., Ltd. specialized in poultry and livestock waste rendering plant, slaughterhouse waste rendering plant, food waste processing equipment, municipal sewage and sludge treatment equipment, city household garbage processing equipment. Chengzhu Group was officially established in June. 2016.
Our major products are livestock and poultry rendering plant and poultry waste rendering plant.
Livestock and poultry rendering plant: The plant is for the harmless treatment for the dead livestock and poultry and products accordinly, we use physics and chemistry method to kill the pathogen carried by dead animals, so eliminate the harm process from dead livestock and poultry.
Our company adopts the international advanced drying method, we use high temperature and high pressure technology, on the premise of safty evironmental protection, do the disinfection for the dead animals, to achieve the purpose of harmless treatment.Our company can contract the rendering plant with one batch 1ton, 2tons, 3tons, 5 tons and 10tons, handling capacity up to 500tons per day.(We can make the solution according to the quantity of customer required.)
The final-products: Solid meal can use for the organic fertilizer or the feed additive for fox, mink, racoon dog and pet, the tallow can use for refining the biological diesel and industrial oil.
