For each order, Elestar adopts sample test before production, strict quality control during production, and random inspection after production. Especially during the production quality control, multiple quality tests must be conducted from the production of spare parts to the packaging of finished pumps. (Comprehensive test of motor stator, rotor dynamic balance and slot breaking test. Parameter test after water pump assembly, safety parameter and air tightness test before pumps packaging) Strict life testing of purchased parts, especially key parts (seals, capacitors, impellers, thermal protectors, etc.).
