In 2003, Guangxi Yulin Pharmaceutical Group was set up taking Guangxi Yulin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. as parent company. So far, the group has had 9 affiliates in processing of traditional Chinese medicines prepared in ready-to-use forms, manufacturing of medicinal hollow capsules, production and operation of medicinal packaging materials, domestic and foreign trades, etc. The group’s annual sales amount has exceeded RMB 600 million.
The company covers a land area of more than 250,000m2, and now has more than 1000 employees and total assets of RMB 300 million. With perfect quality assurance system,the company passed Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) certification of Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) in 1996 and relevant rechecks for 10 consecutive times, and passed Chinese GMP certification as a whole in 2003.
