ZHEJIANG TOGETHER PACKING Co., Ltd is located in Yixi Industrial Park, Yiwu City, China, which covers an area of 38,000 square meters and now has 20 years of history. Factory is equipped with advanced production facilities which worth 86 million Yuan. The products mainly include acrylic glue, BOPP jumbo roll, BOPP packing tape, masking tape, cloth tape, double-side tape, foam tape, aluminum tape, PVC tape, warning tape,etc.
Company has two boilers, a 450-ton n-butyl acrylate storage tank and two 100-ton glue storage tanks. In the past two months, our company has added three n-butyl acrylate storage tanks, 200 tons for each tank, a total of 600 tons. There are 3 glue reaction POTS, each pot can produce 20 tons of glue at a time, and the viscosity and consistency of the glue are excellent.
Our Company has just imported advanced coating equipment recently and has total of 8 coating production lines that adopt Mayer bar coating technique by which the coating width can reach 1620 MM at the speed of 260M/ MIN, meanwhile, it also can ensure the pinpoint coating accuracy of 0.001mm and product usage rate of 99%. Changfa can meet the customers' high demands of width and efficiency.
Our Company has world-class advanced equipments with 20 sets of slitting machines that can well satisfy the needs of tape. The cutting is high flatness, precision and efficiency.
In addition, there are 6 sets of color printing machines in our factory which can reach the customers' requirements perfectly with high efficiency.
