Straw crafts are totally made by hand, so the quality management is complicated. We have made rigid quality management system for this special process mode. Semi-finished products are gathered in the workshop to be sewed , trimed and packed in order to control the quality.
There are strict management principles for the tools which are used in the process. We count them everyday, keep record and make sure there is nothing in bags when packing.
