The production base of the company is located in Longyan City, one of the fast-developing cities in Southeast China. The production facilities occupy a land area of 84000 m2 and building area of 24750.9 m2. The company has 25 automatic and semi-automatic blow molding machines ranging from 100g to 25000g, and 20 plastic injection molding machines ranging from 100g to 12,000g, and more than 40 sets of various welding, cutting, pipe bending, pulling and stretching machines and some other metal and hardware processing equipments, as well as 5 automatic assembly and packing lines. The company applies ISO9001:2000, ISO14001:2004 and GB/T28001-2001 quality management and occupational health & safety management system, and is SEDEX, SEA approved. It has passed CCC compulsory certification, and obtained CE, GS, ASTM and CPSIA certificates for the products produced.
