Shenzhen TopraySolar Co., Ltd (TopraySolar) was founded on August 15th, 2002. Its registered capital was one hundred twenty-three million and six hundred thousand yuan. TopraySolar's stock whose stock code is 002218 was listed on the A shares of Shenzhen Stock Exchange. TopraySolar is a national high-tech enterprise, standard photovoltaic manufacturing enterprise approved by Ministry of Industry and Information Technology. It is also a credit-emphasizing enterprise of strategic emerging industry in Guangdong Province.
TopraySolar is the first large-scale and scientific manufacturing enterprise which can not only produce amorphous, monocrystalline and polycrystalline silicon solar cell, but also solar module in China. We have our own production workshops which is two hundred fifty thousand square meters. And the production capacity of the whole industrial chain, from crystal pulling, silicon ingot, cutting, cell to module, can reach 2GW per year. We have the most all-around core technology intellectual property right in the aspects of equipment manufacturing, technology researching, production designing, PV power station construction investing and so on. We own 515 patents and 8 identifications in science and technology, and realize equipment self-made, technology innovation, production variation, market globalization, asset stabilization. Our company has three provincial engineering centers scattering in Guangdong, Shanxi and Sichuan separately.
TopraySolar has six industrial bases, which are in Shenzhen Guangdong, Leshan Sichuan,Xian Shaanxi ,Weinan Shaanxi, Kashi Xinjiang, Xining Qinghai and Haixi Qinghai in China, and the amount of all the staff is no less that 2,500 people.
