With a team of professional technicians and manufacturing experts, we provide DESIGN, DEVELOPMENT and MANUFACTURING as a package to our customers. The main products include barbecue grills, waffle makers and kettles, which are exported to different countries in the world. We have invested heavily in facilities and equipment - We are equipped with six major in-house workshops (Hardware, Injection, Tooling, Welding, Sandblasting, and coating workshop) to ensure the highest possible quality of our products’ key components. The automated production line incorporates both assembly and quality testing, together with two established laboratories with advanced equipment, helping us ensure the consistency in product quality level and production efficiency.
With years of experience in factory management and development, Junjia has introduced its own quality management system (ISO9001 certified), and is in compliance with BSCI initiative and various other industry certification such as SCS, UL, ETL, GS, CE, CB, KC certification. Junjia continues to innovate – each year we have new product designs launches and have them patented in order to meet different customer’s needs.
