[First section] we make various vacuum cleaner accessories there, including vacuum cleaner nozzles, tubes and all other vacuum cleaner components.
Over there, we have 20 plastic injection molding machines: 100~1300ton. Assembly line: 3 lines, Padding printer, Injection Molding, Printing, Assembly, Packaging and etc.,
Total manufacturing infrastructure covers an area of 6,000 square meters.

[Second section] we make vacuum cleaner filters and bags (both paper and HEPA filter).
Over there, we have auto folding machines, auto glue machine, laser cutting machines and 2 production lines

[Testing] At both sections, we have related testing equipment to do various tests like dropping test, aging test, life test, filter level test, etc.
[OEM] We are OEM supplier to various customers like Electrolux. We can meet needs both for manufacture and for after sale service need with our flexible min order quantity request.

From 2018, we started to do complete product in cooperation with Ningbo Green Forest Electronic Technology Co Ltd. We have developed and made cordless vacuum cleaner, sweep and mop vacuum, by using latest BLDC motor. After these, we also do DC motor fan, humidifier, and UV air purifier. These products have obtained VDE, CCC, CE, CQC, EMF, EMC, ETL, CB, ROHS and other approvals.

[Factory] Ningbo Green Forest Electronic Technology Co., Ltd was set up in March 2014 with registered capital of 5 million RMB. Its assets are more than 220 million RMB now. It has more than 200 workers, including 3 senior engineers,3 mid-level engineers.

[Test] At Gforest, the company has a professional laboratory, including product aging test, parts aging test, finished product storage inspection room, finished product storage inspection room to ensure the quality. The company has a standard workshop of 20,000 square meters, and has professional manufacturing equipment to ensure the delivery of products with quality, quantity and timing.

[Capacity] At the present, we have the annual production capacity of humidifier :2.4 million pieces ,fan:1.5 million pieces ,vacuum cleaner: 200 thousand pieces .

[Approval] The products have gained UL,VDE,CCC,GS,CE,CQC,EMF,EMC,ETL,CB, ROHS Certifications ,we have specialized lab for the Rohs testing ,products life testing ,comments and parts life testing ,finished products entering warehouse testing finished products ex-warehouse testing ,and the R&D dept. We have gain 150 patents, including 8 patents of invention, 28 utility model patents. We spend 8 million on researching and developing the new products every year ,and there are 15 new items of products will be finished and put into market every year .
