Borine, established in 2007, located in coastal city Ningbo, is a manufacturer devotes all of the energy to R&D, manufacturing, selling and providing service. Our total occupied area is 60,000 square meters. Having totally 125,000 square meters production area and more than 1,800 employees, owning 20 million pcs annual production capacity, we are one of the leading OEM / ODM production bases for small household appliances in China.
Borine currently has 8 R&D teams and 1 innovation research center. It adopts advanced PROE / 3D mold design, which specializes in the research and reserve of cutting-edge technology of small home appliances. At present, it has obtained more than 300 patents, including more than 10 invention patents, more than 100 utility model patents, and more than 50 international patents. The company has cooperated with many well-known foreign design studios to jointly design the product appearance. Some products have won the international design awards such as German IF and Reddot design award.
Borine has advanced production equipment and first-class production environment. The production workshop is built according to GMP standards. The production line covers more than 80 automatic production lines and lean lines. Borine Test Center has set up test groups such as safety test group, chemical test group, performance test group, reliability test group, user experience group, etc. It has complete product safety certification, materials, environmental protection, food safety testing equipment, nearly 1,000 product reliability test stations, of which 600 can be fully automatically controlled by computer, which can ensure the comprehensive quality testing to make the products are produced as top quality products.
