Established in 1993, China-East Resources Import & Export Co. (CERIECO) is a wholly state-owned company with independent legal status. CERIECO's main scope of business covers :

As far as project contracting is concerned, CERIECO has satisfactorily achieved dozens of projects in the field of electric power transmission and transformation, building construction, etc., boasting especially in its project management skills and financial capabilities, Moreover, with financial conditions met, CERIECO may arrange loan for overseas projects in the form of, for example, Export Buyer's Credit or Export Seller's Credit or even Chinese Government Concessional Loan. In fact, CERIECO has already accomplished projects by using all the above mentioned forms of credits or loans and what is also worth mentioning is that CERIECO is the first company ever successfully implemented project by using Export Buyer's Credit provided by China Eximbank.
