Zhejiang Arda Electric Appliance Co., Ltd is located in the rich and beautiful city of Yongkang, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, and is one of the largest manufacturers of kitchen appliances in China. The company was founded in 2000, with its continuous development and growth, it now has the most complete kitchen appliances product line: home range hoods, built-in gas cookers, built-in ovens, stand-up ovens, built-in microwave ovens, steam ovens, coffee makers, dishwashers and other products, sold in more than 70 countries on five continents.

Located in the beautiful city of Yongkang in the eastern coastal province of Zhejiang, Arda is known as one of the biggest kitchen appliance manufacturer in China. Established in year 2000, the company has enjoyed substantial growth and completed the widest range of kitchen appliances including range hood, gas cooktop, ceramic and induction cooktop, built-in gas and electric oven, built-in microwave oven, built-in steamer, built-in coffee maker, freestanding cooker,and dishwasher. And we are selling to over 70 countries in 5 different continents.

The company covers an area of 138,000 square meters and has 1,500 employees, including more than 100 professional R&D engineers. It has applied for more than 180 design patents and won the honorary title of "High-tech Enterprise" in 2019. The company has a SGS, TUV recognized product testing center to debug and monitor the application data of the products, as well as professionally and delicately examines new products being developed and batches of finished products.

Our facility covers an area of 138,000 square meters and we have 1500 employees in total. We invest substantially in R & D with over 100 engineers employed. We are awarded as High-Tech Enterprice with 180 patents obtained. Out laboratory is approved by SGS, TUR and Kema for on-site witness test. Both of our new and manufactured products are tested at the industry’s highest standards.

In recent years, Arda Manufacturing adheres to the concept of high precision, intelligence and system integration, and focuses on automatic transformation and intelligent upgrading, and has invested in fully automatic stamping production line, laser welding production line, large-tonnage hydraulic press, CNC multi-process bending machine, oven liner automatic welding machine, automatic polishing machine and other advanced equipments, so as to improve the flexible manufacturing capacity, shorten the delivery cycle and enhance the market competitiveness of products.

For production, we have been implementing the ideas of lean and intelligent manufacture, as well as systematic integration in recent years. We have made great efforts in improving automation and upgrading intelligent control. We have also introduced advanced equipments such as fully automatic stamping line, laser cutting machines, large-tonnage hydraulic press, CNC multi-process bending machine, auto oven cavity welding machine and auto polishing machine. Such upgrades greatly help us to improve our manufacturing flexibility, shorten our lead-time and enhance our product competitiveness.

The company pays attention to the implementation of the quality control system and has established an independent quality control management structure and system to standardize the implementation of inspection standards for each process from parts inspection, process control and finished product inspection, and implement continuous improvement management. We also control first inspection operations, process quality traceability and high-precision instrumentation to meet customer quality requirements.

We have established independent quality management system to make sure all our procedures including component inspection, production process management, final inspection, all work procedures and testing standards, as well as continual system improvement are under control.
