Ducheng Medicine Technology has built a plant extraction workshop, plant extraction warehouse, power workshop, cold water circulation room, 600-ton sewage treatment station, solvent tank area, solid ingredient inventory, power distribution room, and fire pool, and relevant supplementary facilities. The extraction workshop is installed with 13 sets of multi-functional, continuous extraction and concentration power unit, chromatography splitters, agitated reactors, concentrated solution storage tanks, and alcohol regeneration towers. The extraction workshop contains 100,000-class purification area and is equipped with spray drying towers, and vacuum drying ovens, material mixing, smashing & sieving, and packaging equipment to finish such production processes as crystallization, drying, smashing, and packaging of crude products on various production lines. Its annual production output of various natural plant extract, extract of both medicinal and edible plants, and natural fruit and vegetable extract can reach above 1,500 tons.
