Liaoning Wenguan Industrial Development Co., Ltd was established on February 11, 2015 based on the former entity of Liaoning Xindazhou Biological Energy Co., Ltd., with registered capital of RMB22 million. Located in Liaoning Province Chaoyang Economic and Technological Development Zone，the company is a private high-tech enterprise with the business scope of Yellowhorn planting, forest base construction, Yellowhorn products processing and development. The company was awarded as the “West Liaoning Demonstration Base of Energy Forest Research Center State Forestry and Grassland Administration”, “China Modern Agriculture and Industrialization Demo Base”, “Beijing Forestry University Graduates Experiment Base”, “China Forest-based Ecological Tourism Base” and “Leading Agriculture Industrialization Enterprise of Liaoning Province”.
The company plans to invest RMB 220 million till the end of 2025 to build 500 Yellowhorn planting base in Xinjiang，Gansu，Inner Mongolia，Jilin and Liaoning Provinces at total size of 10 million mu, realizing RMB 2.4 billion of output value; to bring 50 farmer households into the industrialized yellowhorn operation system in form of “enterprise + base + farmers cooperatives + farmers”; to build yellowhorn edible oil factory at annual capacity of 500,000 tons and realize RMB30 billions of output value. In China，arable lands are quite limited. Based on the pre-condition of guaranteeing ecological safety and ecological civilization， the State Council comes up with the policy of encouraging developing woody oil industry to replace imported edible oil to solve food safety problem. As a good quality woody crop-based oil, yellowhorn has the potential fully replace the common soybean oil from imported soybean, which creates the current golden time for yellowhorn industry to develop in China. Consequently, Yellowhorn industry has been one of the key industries encouraged by the Nation to develop.
The Yellowhorn oil produced by Liaoning Wenguan Industrial Development Co., Ltd adopts selected yellowhorn seed kernels as raw material, and is produced based on the cold pressing technique which maintains the nutrient, healthy elements and original flavor and taste. With the color of bright yellow and delicate flavor, the oil has proved to be a health-care edible oil with high nutrition.
Yellowhorn oil is unique at the content of 3.7% nervonic acid，which never appears in any other cooking oil in the world. Nervonic acid is a nature core component of nerve fibers and nerve cells of brain. Lack of nervonic acid will cause kinds of brain disease such as sequela of cerebral apoplexy, senile dementia, cerebral palsy, Cerebral atrophy, hypomnesis, Insomnia and forgetfulness etc. Nervonic acid is hard to be created by human bodies and needs to be ingested in vitro.
