Panxian Hongcai Investment Co., Ltd. was founded in 2004 and officially changed its name to Guizhou
Hongcai Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereafter referred to as “the Company”). The Company was registered
with a capital of 1.94 billion yuan. Under the strong leadership of municipal Party committee and Government,
the Company is committeed to building a platform for marketalization transformation. By precisely
positioning itself, accumulating talents, fostering high spirits and pursuing pragmatism and innovation, the
Company is moving from small to big, from weak to strong, from a one-way financing business to multiple
entity industries including agriculture, education and health care, capital operation, automobile, cultural
tourism, real estate and so on. Currently, there are 20 subsidiaries under the Company, 1000 employees and a
total asset of over 5.3 billion yuan.
In August 2017, the Party branch of the Company was upgraded as Party committee, which brings a new
engine to the Company’s development under the guidance of the construction of Party. With a furtherly
perfectified guidance of the Party, the company is led to be the pacesetter in achieving new development,
innovation-driven development, and implementing national key strategies. Due to the hard work of all
previous Party branch and the board of all directors, under the right leadership of the current Party committee
and the board of all directors, the Company made it to the “Top 100 China County-Level Government
Investment and Financing Platform” and ranked 94 in 2017. It’s the only company in Guizhou Province that
was on the Top 100 list.
