Smart Art Co., Ltd was founded on September 18, 1997 and was one of the first "private" companies in China to receive an import & export license from the Chinese government. We are manufacturer and exporter of seasonal and decorative gift and garden items.

Smart Art started with 3 people and now includes a large staff of experienced and talented designers, skilled sample masters and a highly educated sales and customer service team. This staff of professionals along with a well trained work force has enabled Smart Art to grow at a very high rate of speed and now employees over 200 employees in a modern 30,000 sq. meter factory complex.

A 5 million USD investment has helped create a factory complex with the capacity to handle large volume from many different customers with many different needs, but most importantly, a high level of quality for all of our customers. It was designed & built with the Smart Art employees in mind to show our respect and humanity for each of them as well.

Every year, Smart Art works with European top trend-forecasting companies for new product development based on latest trend of colors, patterns, materials and finishes. We have our own designing team in our factory, who does both artworks for our own development and the customer’s designs. We do all kinds of decorations and gifts for all seasons, such as X’mas, Halloween, Easter, Valentine, Mother’s day, Thanksgiving and etc. , as well as we do lots of Home Deco and garden items. But we do lots of customers' projects too. 30% to 40% of our turnover is from customers' designs.

Smart Art currently manufactuers and sells its products to over 30 countries in Europe and North America. We assure that requirements for efficient communication, timely delivery and quality control are always up to our high standards. Our main markets are North America and West Europe. American accounts for about 65%, Western Europe accounts for about 35%. We have two types of customers. One is the chain stores, the other one is the importers.
