With the auto-painting line and auto-heating line, we can finish the painting, dyeing , heating in 40 minutes ,thus can ensure to pack in time and catch the scheduled shipping date.
We have a professional QC team to check the quality from raw material incoming to semi-goods collecting, dyeing ,painting ,heating ,packing and finished goods storage . Then can ensure to take actions to prevent non-conformance and to solve issues in first time.
Our products are mainly to USA markets, including grass baskets, willow baskets, paper baskets, chip wood baskets, wire baskets, fabric baskets, and flower planters indoors or outdoors. More and more customers like storage or garden baskets in natural materials and in different colors ,such as grey wash, white wash , natural and other color combinations. Especially for those seasonal products with obvious festival elements can take much fun to the consumers.
We can produce 50000pcs more or less for each material monthly for the factory capacity and capability, so no problem for any orders in big quantities.
Besides, we have BSCI, SMETA, WCA, ISO9001, FCCA, SCS For factory audit can meet most of the customers’ FA requirements.
